- 1oz triple sec
- 2oz
- 1cup Ice

Instructions
garnish the rim of the martini glass with margartita salt & put the wedge of lime on the glass. Pour 1 cup of ice in mixer. add tequila, triple sec & margarita mixer (as per qty.)over the ice. add 1 teaspoon of egg white(albumin) to it. Mix it properly till the ice breaks & froth is formed. Pour the mix into the shaker. Shake it & then pour it onto the glass.
Egg white(albumin) will bring froth & it wont taste in the drink.
