- 2 Parts dark rum
- 1 Part white rum
- 1 Part triple sec
- 1/2 Measure
- Splash
- 1
- A Few mint leaves
- Squeeze lemon
Instructions
Shake together the rum, triple sec and food colouring with plenty of ice and strain into a chilled martini glass and add the lemon juice. Next, pour the cream de menthe over the back of a teaspoon (the tip nearly touching the side of the glass). The cream de menthe is denser than the rest of the drink and so it sinks to create a green base to the cocktail.
Now garnish with the lemon and mint leaves and enjoy this curious cocktail.

The Singapore Whore is a take on a Mia Tai, created when the guitarist and bass player ran out of the correct ingredients and started experimenting.
This is an interesting cocktail, starting off very pleasant but soon starting to prove a challenge as you become closer and closer to the cream de menthe at the bottom of the glass. Plus it looks straight out of a 70s porn film.
Probably the most slutty, decadent drink you will ever consume!
