Instructions
This recipe requires some prep but is good at parties. First of all you need to Mix up a packet of lime Jelly (Jello) and pour the resulting mixture into ice cube trays (1 pack will normally do 2 trays)I found that putting the trays in the freezer for a few hours before the fridge sets the Jelly (Jello) in such a way that it is easier to extract the cube intact. Mix the lime cordial and borbon in a glass and top up with lemonade then carfully slip in the Jelly (Jello) cube and serve with a straw. This has proved to be a big hit at the last barbeque i had nd it can be made non-alcholic without loosing its charm by removing the borbon.
