Ingredients
- 1 shot Absolut Raspberry
- 1 shot
- 1 shot peach schnapps
- 1/2 shot sambuca
- 1/2 glass cranberry juice
- 1/2 glass lemonade
- 2
- 1 wedge
- 1 slice lemon
Instructions
Pour all spirit measures into a blender, fill with 1/2 glass measures of cranberry juice and lemonade (enough for however many servings that are to be made) and a generous amount of ice cubes.
Blend all ingredients together until it forms a slush drink.
Serve with sugar rim by running a wedge of lime round each glass and dipping the glass into sugar before pouring the drink in.
Garnish with 2 cocktail cherries on a cocktail stick laid across the top of the glass.
Put a slice of lemon into the drink and finish with the wedge of lime on the side of the glass.
Tasty! The sambuca comes through quite strong so a 1/4 shot may be a better option for those who prefer a lighter taste.
