- 1 1/2 msrs golden rum
- 1 1/2 msrs malibu
- 3 msrs pineapple juice
Instructions
Simply add all 3 ingredients to your shaker with a bit of ice. Shake and pour into a Martini glass for best effect. Resulting yellow drink is a good 'un.
We developed this one in-house for a client's party as we've not really found any great cocktails containing Malibu. This is a good alternative to the Pina Colada and a lot less fiddly to make.
