Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender with ice and blend. Decorate hurrican glass or large snifter with chocolate syrup and pour. Decorate with whipped cream, a dash of either cocoa powder or cinnamon, a cherry and a Pirullin stick.
Depending on the quality of ingredients the formula will need to be tweaked. Ideally high end liqeuers should be used for the best taste.
