  • 25ml Koko Kanu
  • 12.5ml midori
  • 12.5ml pineapple juice
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 3 wedges (Stretched) lime
  • 2-3 drops Angustra bitter

Instructions

Muddles all ingredients through a shaker and strain into an old fashioned 9oz glass.


This drink was made by me on the 19/04/09 the best thing about the drink is that it's great to drink in the sunshine and when I put this in my bar for the "cocktail of the week" it sold like crazy.
It's basically just a coconut and melon sour but is so exotic in taste the name just has a ring to it for all customers eyes.
