- It's your choice sambuca
- 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Pour sambuca into a shot glass, add 1/4 spoon of instant coffee and light it. Get 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar and top the spoon up with Sambuca and hold it above the flame till the sugar starts to boil and then tip it into shot glass. Hold an up-turned pint glass level with the top of shot glass till the flame goes out then place the pint glass right over the shot glass. Use a straw (a bendable one) and suck the alcoholic vapours out of the glass whilst it is still upside down hold your breath in for five seconds then down the cocktail. (ENJOY RESPONSIBLY).
Be careful not to over do it because the alcoholic vapours will hit you very soon and go straight to your head.
