- 1 strawberry
- 1oz gin
- 1oz cointreau
- 1oz Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1oz amaretto
Instructions
To start, chill a standard cocktail glass.
Put six-8 cubes of ice into a shaker. Pour the spirits in, place the lid on and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Slice half way into the strawberry and slip it on the rim of the glass before serving.
NB: For a Pete Le Riche squared, replace the gin with Cachaca
