- hot buttered rum mix or brown sugar
- carolans irish cream

Instructions
Using an irish coffee glass, add half a teaspoon of brown sugar or hot buttered rum mix to the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass about 1/4 of the way with Carolans and then fill the rest of the way (leaving some space at the top for the whipped cream) with hot coffee. Add a swirl of whipped cream, drizzle with caramel syrup, and top off with the cherry.
This is an incredibly addictive drink. It's so easy to want another one after you're done with the first.
