- 25ml Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
- 25ml bourbon
- 75ml Guinness
- 50ml cola
Instructions
Fill cocktail shaker two thirds full with ice. Add the rum, bourbon and guinness. Shake for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a heavy bottomed glass and top up with cola.
It's a bit of a variation on the classic guinness punch but with a nice sweet and subtle spice to it.
