Tequila Surprise Martini

- 60 cl tequila
- 12,5 cl Noilly Prat
- 12,5 cl sweet vermouth
- 10 cl lime juice
- 2 drops Angostura Bitter
Instructions
The Noilly Prat is the white dry variation.
For the vermouth, use white sweet Martini.
Use preferably freshly squeezed and sifted lime juice.
The angostura is optional, I sprinkle it in the glass before pouring the cocktail, as a garnish.
Shake the ingredients on ice and pour in a chilled martini glass.
Better than a margarita!
