- 2 part vodka
- 1 part strawberry liqueur
- 1 part vermouth
- 1 tablespoon green slushy
- 1 teaspoon lime
- 50ml shotglass grapefruit juice
Instructions
prepare the lime and grape fruit juice and set aside.
pour the spirits.
top with the green slushy.
pour pink grapefruit juice through the centre of the green slushy "ice cap".
serve in a schooner glass.
if too strong, add a little brown sugar and a touch more grapefruit juice.
Dont bother squezzing the grapefruits, by the pre-squuezed stuff.
