- 1 shot lemon juice
- 1 shot white rum
- soda
- 1/4 shot grenadine
Instructions
Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and rum then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled soda and cherries and pineapple chunks to garnish.
